14 days right of return

You can cancel the contract without giving reasons within 14 days of receipt and return the items. The return period begins on the day you took possession of the goods. Please note that the returned goods must not have deteriorated significantly. This applies if you have only tried out and checked the article, as you would be able and allowed to do in a retail shop.

How do you return an article?

You can return your parcel to the post office or other shipping service of your choice. You have to bear the costs for the return shipment yourself. If you have any questions regarding the return or if you lose the return slip, our customer service is available on weekdays from 8.30 to 17.00 CH: +41 41 511 85 00 or via e-mail.

Returns - How to do it

Within the European Union: fill in the return slip and put it in the parcel, address it, and send it off.

Returns from outside the European Union:

1. Documents
Please note "Return" on the invoice and indicate or mark the items to be returned and fill in the return slip.
2. Packaging
Put the invoice in the envelope and the return slip in the package to avoid misunderstandings or extra costs at customs. Make sure that the package is properly packed.
3. Shipping
You can drop off the newly addressed parcel at any post office or shipping service provider of your choice.
4. Refund
Once the package has arrived at our shipping center, your return and possible refund will be processed within a few days. If you need clarification, our customer service will contact you.
