Als ich sie kaufte, war mir irgendwie nicht klar, dass ich durch das Zink schläfrig werde, wenn ich die Tabletten morgens nehme. Wenn ich sie abends einnehme, kann ich wegen des Mangans und Kupfers nicht schlafen. Ansonsten ist das Produkt super und erfüllt seine Funktion.
