Ich habe erst angefangen, diese Kapseln zu nehmen, da meine Fingernägel ständig abbrechen. Ich kann dazu noch nichts sagen.

Nach einer Woche konnte ich feststellen, dass meine Fingernägel deutlich fester wurden und nicht mehr so brüchig waren.

Ein MUSS für gesunde Haare und Nägel. Preis - Leistung ist gut. Ich bin sehr zufrieden und kann es auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen. Ich hatte extrem mit meinen Nägel zu tun und nehme deshalb immer Biotin und das darf mir nie ausgehen. Hier hat man einen Jahresvorrat und man ist somit gut versorgt.
Habe die Tabletten wegen meinem Haarausfall bestellt. Die Tabletten sind klein und lassen sich daher gut schlucken, was für mich persönlich sehr wichtig ist. Über die Wirkung kann ich noch nichts sagen, denn die Einnahmezeit ist noch zu kurz
Ich leide unter wenig Haaren und habe schon viel (auch teure Produkte) ausprobiert. Die erste Packung ging nun zu Ende - sprich, ich habe es ein Jahr genommen und muss sagen: Meine Haare sind besser geworden und auch meine Haut sieht sehr schön aus. Von daher werde ich es auch weiter nehmen. Ich habe allerdings auch generell meine Ernährung umgestellt und nehme auch noch weitere Nahrungsergänzungsmittel, was sicherlich auch zu dieser Verbesserung beiträgt.
Nehme noch nicht lange ein, finde aber gut und einfach zu einnehmen.
