What are psyllium seeds?

These capsules contain the husks of psyllium seeds. These husks in turn contain soluble fibre which swells in water many times its size. The vegan capsules make it possible to integrate the psyllium husks into everyday life in a particularly practical way. Doubts about the correct dosage or how the psyllium husks should be taken are no longer necessary. They are also particularly suitable for people who are sensitive to the taste of psyllium husk powder.

What are psyllium husks for?

By taking psyllium capsules, the stool volume and thus the filling of the intestine is increased. The swelling psyllium exerts pressure on the intestinal wall, which ultimately triggers the stimulus to empty the bowel.

How to use them?

Twice a day take four psyllium husks capsules with a glass of water (250 ml). Do not exceed the stated consumption quantity.
